Summit started with a fairly simple question: Why is it so difficult to find a decent protein snack made with real ingredients?
We wanted something high in protein, packed with flavour, and without an ingredient list that reads like a chemistry exam.
So, naturally, we decided to start a beef jerky company.
Armed with an idea, a dehydrator, and a concerning amount of raw beef, we got to work.
After countless batches, questionable experiments, and enough chewing to develop a second jawline, Summit was born.
Our mission is simple: make proper beef jerky using quality British beef, real herbs and spices, and no unnecessary nonsense.
We're not a massive corporation. We're a small British business with big ambitions, making beef jerky we genuinely believe in.
Because life's too short for disappointing snacks.
