These terms apply to purchases from Summit Beef, a sole trader based at 2 Castle Court, Othery, Bridgwater, TA7 0QS, United Kingdom. Contact: summitbeef@outlook.com.

• Orders: Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation.
• Prices: All prices are in GBP. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
• Availability: We may refuse or cancel orders if stock is unavailable or a pricing error occurs. If we do, you'll get a full refund.
• Allergens: Full ingredient and allergen information is shown on each product page and on the packaging. Please check it before buying.
• Liability: Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that can't be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
